The Gymnastic Rings are incredible strength training tools for any athlete, beginner or elite. Strength training with rings is time tested and the number of challenging exercises is virtually unlimited. The rings are commonly used for pull-ups, pushups, dips, reverse rows, and for the more advanced users muscle ups and other gymnastic type full body movements. The suspended rings move freely creating instability and challenging the body's core. While the mobility of the rings increase muscle recruitment, it also allows exercises to be conducted in the most natural position resulting in less stress to wrists, elbows, and shoulders. Included are two high impact plastic rings and extra nylon straps with adjustable buckles. While the rings are not weather resistant they are suitable for outdoor or indoor use making these easy to carry tools mobile and versatile.
