The Dwarf Alberta Spruce is a conifer with a pyramidal growth habit and dense evergreen needle foliage that is soft to the touch. This is a slow-growing conifer that will take 15 plus years to reach its mature height, this slow growth habit makes this plant great for topiaries and container garden specimens. The Alberta Spruce should be planted in full to partial sun and should be watered 2-3 times per week until established, then watered as needed in dry spells.
