Design your own perpetual plaque with your message and art or logo. With our online designer, you can layout the top of the perpetual plaque and the first name plate that will be placed on your plaque. Add the text for the rest of your plates in Text for Additional Items, and our professional graphic designers will replicate the format you created on your first plate for the remaining plates. We will send you a no-obligation proof within a business day to approve the layout of your plaque. The aluminum colors available are: silver, gold, and white.

The aluminum plates will be attached to a board of your choice. Our plaques include a wide variety of coated board colors. These coated boards have a durable particle board core and are covered with a wood grain pattern printed veneer. You will have the ability to upgrade to a solid wood board at an additional cost. Whichever board you decide to go with will include 2 keyhole slots. One for mounting the plaque vertically, and the other for mounting the plaque horizontally.

When it is time to update the plaque simply complete the Reorder form.

Sublimated

Sublimation is the standard option for aluminum metal. In this process, ink is heat pressed into the surface of the metal. With sublimation, we are unable to print in white. The white color will be replaced with the color of the metal. If you wish to keep the white in your artwork, select white aluminum. Products that are sublimated are only intended for indoor use. The ink will fade in direct sunlight.

Mounting

Placing an Order for a Product that Ships the Same Day

PlaqueMaker has several items available that will ship the same day that the order is placed. For your order to ship today, you must place the order by 10 AM EST. Your no-obligation proof will be emailed to you by NOON the same day. We must receive a reply approving your proof by 1 PM EST for your order to ship today. Any orders approved after 1 PM EST will ship next day.

Please note, the delivery speed will depend upon the option selected during checkout. Your order must only contain items that will also ship the same day. If you have selected a product that will not ship the same day, your order will ship 2 business days after your proof is approved.

Once the order is placed, you will receive a proof to the email you provided the same day, if your order was placed by 10 AM EST. The email will contain a link to view your designed product and information on how to make changes or approve your proof. If you wish to make changes, we will email you a revised proof within a business day. Once your proof is approved, your order will ship the same day. When your order ships from our facility, you will receive an email containing tracking information if it is included in the shipping method selected.
